Jonathan Lacôte, the Former Ambassador of France to Armenia, congratulated the residents of Nagorno-Karabakh on the occasion of Vardavar.
“I wish good Vardavar to all my Armenian friends. This year, our thoughts are especially with those living in Nagorno-Karabakh, who have been under siege for 217 days. Let this Vardavar be a holiday of purification and renewal. Let it wake up the sleeping conscience,” the former French Ambassador said in his post.
