The Deputy Prime Minister presented the annual declaration for 2022.
Mher Grigoryan’s real estates remained unchanged.

- individual residential house – joint ownership, Ashtarak, Aragatsotn marz, 2015,
- plot of land – joint ownership, Aragatsotn marz, Ashtarak, 2007,
- 2 garages – joint ownership, in Yerevan, in the Center, bought in 2009 and 2011,
As we already reported, Mher Grigoryan’s annual declaration for 2019 indicates that he owns 5023 shares in “Region” Financial Industrial Corporation CJSC and “Arins Group” LLC. According to the data of the state register, “Region” Financial Industrial Corporation CJSC is the legal predecessor of “Arins Group” LLC. “Arins Group” LLC is the shareholder of “Ardshinbank”.
The total value of the shares owned by Mher Grigoryan is AMD 502,300,000 (1.056%), which was acquired on 30 October, 2017. Mher Grigoryan held the position of director in this company from 19 October, 2017 to 18 May, 2018, before being appointed to the post of RA Deputy Prime Minister.
In 2022, Grigoryan sold his shares of Ardshinbank, receiving an income of 962,424,000 AMD.
In addition to the income from the sale of shares, he also received an income of 44,360,757 AMD and 2,231 EUR.
Mher Grigoryan declared the two deposits he had in the bank at the end of last year, in the amount of 525,000 USD and 40,000,000 AMD.
His funds in the bank account amounted to 37 USD and 3,004,712 AMD, and to 70,000,000 AMD in cash.
The Deputy Prime Minister also carried out 3 transactions in the form of donation or aid, providing around 3 million AMD, 17 million AMD and 76 thousand EUR.
