Sergey Sahakyan has assumed the position of a judge since 2014, having been appointed a judge of the of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Ararat and Vayots Dzor marzes by the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia on 24 December, 2014.
By the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia on 15 April, 2020, he was appointed a judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of the City of Yerevan.
We present to your attention the declaration of property and income of Sergey Sahakyan, Judge of Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.
In 2014, when assuming the position of judge, Sergey Sahakyan declared:
- individual residential house built on a plot of land, with its outbuildings,
- 4 land plots,
- VAZ 21214 car (produced in 2008),
- $26,000
- 12,500,000 AMD,
- 3,956,701 AMD income from salary and other income.
According to the annual declaration of 2014, his funds were: 26,000 USD, 12,200,000 AMD, 1,749,454 AMD income from wages and other income.
in 2015 he declared 25,500 USD, 12,000,000 AMD, 7,029,458 AMD income from salary and borrowing from credit.
In 2016, the judge’s funds were: 25,100 USD, 12,000,000 AMD, 6,360,887 AMD income from salary.
In 2017, Sergey Sahakyan bought a 1999 Mercedes-Benz E 320 car worth AMD 1,000,000. In that year, he received a loan in the amount of 1,987,000 AMD. His funds amounted to 24,500 USD and 11,000,000 AMD. The income was received from salary: 6,425,058 AMD and from two loans: 6,918,824 AMD, 2,000,000 AMD.
In 2018 his funds decreased significantly, amounting to 2,000,000 AMD, 10,500 USD. Incomes amounted to 19,748,924 AMD, of which 6,404,056 AMD were received from salaries, and the rest from loans.
In 2019 it becomes clear that the existing plots and the house are located in Lernanist community of Kotayk marz. They are jointly owned by the judge and were purchased in 1992.
In 2019, the judge received a loan from the State Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia and “Mikshin” LLC in the amount of 1,987,000 and 17,193,022 AMD.
His funds in the bank account amounted to 72,000 AMD, in cash – 2,000,000 AMD and 9,000 USD. Revenues are derived from the following sources:
Salary – 9,288,187 AMD,
Insurance compensation payment – 400,000 AMD,
Loan – 4,257,912 AMD, 4,908,080 AMD,
Other income from SRC – 1,173,343 AMD.
According to the declaration submitted in 2020, the judge bought an apartment worth 21,061,400 AMD from “Mikshin” LLC in the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan, which was sold a few days later for 41,866,000 AMD. A parking lot worth AMD 1,950,000 was also purchased from the same company. These properties were acquired jointly.
At the end of the year, Sergey Sahakyan’s loans amounted to 1,987,000 AMD, which he received from the State Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia. The funds amounted to 14,000,000 AMD and 8,000 USD. The income was 1,421,639 AMD received from SRC, 11,100,912 AMD received from salaries and 21,417,159 AMD received from the sale of the apartment.
In 2021, Sergey Sahakyan sold the garage for AMD 3,640,000. During the given year, the apartment in Davtashen administrative district was also declared as a real estate owned by him for more than 90 days. His funds in the bank account amounted to 144,000 AMD, in cash – 15,200,000 AMD, 7,400 USD. The income was received from salaries: 9,262,307 AMD, from the Judicial Department: 1,200,000 AMD.
The balance of the principal amount of received loans and borrowings as of 31 December of the reporting year was AMD 2,596,137.

In 2020 – 1,600,000 AMD, 5,500 USD,
In 2021 – 1,500,000 AMD, 4,900 USD, real estate owned by her for more than 90 days during the given year: an apartment in Davtashen administrative district.
