On 16 January, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed a decree, according to which Samvel Shahramanyan was appointed the Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council, being relieved from the post of Seputy Secretary of the Security Council.

Let’s remind that Vitaly Balasanyan was relieved from the post of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh by the decree of the President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan dated 7 January. Major General Ararat Melkumyan was appointed to this position, who was appointed the Director of the National Security Service of Artsakh by the decree of the President of 16 January.
