As of 15:00 on 14 September, the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border has become extremely tense again. From 1:00 p.m., the enemy resumed intensive rocket artillery attacks along the entire border from Sotk to Goris, targeting civilian settlements, and widely using attack drones.
Press Secretary of the RA Ministry of Defense Aram Torosyan mentions, presenting the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border as of 15:00.
It sould be noted that the vehicles of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation carrying out a humanitarian mission in the combat zone were hit. It is another proof that, despite the statements of official Baku, the Azerbaijani armed forces do not distinguish between targets. Parallel to the rocket and artillery attacks, the Azerbaijani units also resumed the attempts of positional advancement. The armed forces of the Republic of Armenia are taking all necessary measures to adequately respond to the enemy.
Against the background of the Azerbaijani military aggression, the cases when many citizens and private companies, trying to be useful to the servicemen injured during combat operations, acquire various medicines and food on their own initiative in order to transfer them to military hospitals have become frequent.
The Ministry of Defense highly appreciates the willingness of our fellow citizens to be useful to the army as much as possible. Nevertheless, we assure that all hospitals are equipped to properly organize the treatment of servicemen.
