On 23 July, at around 1:30 p.m., in the border zone of Gegharkunik marz, Armenian security guards found a soldier of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, Private Kamiz M. Ibaev, who had crossed the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
The Ministry of Defense informed.
As a result of clarifying the reasons for crossing the border by the latter, it turned out that the soldier had got lost.
Today, Ibaev was transferred to the Azerbaijani side through the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh.
