Putin told Erdoğan his current demands to Ukraine

On Thursday, 17 March, Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to tell him what the Russian side demands in the negotiations with Ukraine, Ukrainskaya Pravda reports.

According to him, the main demand of the Kremlin is the neutrality of Ukraine and to abandon the Euro-Atlantic course.

The Russian Federation continues to demand that Ukraine be disarmed so that it can no longer be a threat to Russia.

Putin said that a personal meeting with Zelensky will be required before the final agreement.
