Russia has announced the opening of humanitarian corridors in Ukraine

The Russian Armed Forces have declared a state of silence in Ukraine on 7 March at 10:00 Moscow time, opening humanitarian corridors for the evacuation of civilians.

The Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine announced.

“During the opening of humanitarian corridors, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation exercise uninterrupted objective control over the evacuation process, including with the help of UVAs,” the statement said.
