The Russian side declared a state of silence and opened humanitarian corridors for the residents of Mariupol and Volnovakha.
TASS reports citing the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
“Today, on 5 March, at 10 a.m. Moscow time, the Russian side declares a state of silence and opens humanitarian corridors for the evacuation of civilians from Mariupol andz Volnovakha,” the Defense Ministry said.
The Russian Defense Ministry clarified that the humanitarian corridors and exit routes have been agreed with the Ukrainian side.
