Early in the morning of 26 February, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky released a video from Kiev, saying that the struggle continues, they do not lay down their arms.
The video published to the citizens of Ukraine on the “Telegram” channel says in particular:
“Currently, a lot of fake information is spread on the Internet, as if I am calling on the army to lay down weapons, and evacuation is taking place. So I am here, we will not lay down any weapons, we will defend our state,” Zelensky said.
