On 17 September, RA President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree, which states:

“According to Article 136 of the Constitution, as well as Article 5.3, Part 1 of the Law on State Awards and Honorary Titles of the Republic of Armenia.

On the occasion of the Independence Day, the Chairperson of the Court of Cassation, Professor of the Russian University, Doctor of Law Lilit Zelim TADEVOSYAN was awarded the honorary title of Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Armenia for her contribution to the development of jurisprudence, strengthening the rule of law and legality.”
