RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated at the extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly that today he addressed a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin asking Russia to provide military assistance to Armenia in accordance with the 1997 Treaty on Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance.
“This was done after the highest-level agreements, according to which Azerbaijan should withdraw its troops from the sovereign territory of Armenia, these agreements were fulfilled only partially,” he said.
