The Court of General Jurisdiction considers the criminal case against Vanik B.

 

He is a staff sergeant, commander of the 3rd detachment of 2nd notch of the 9th company of the X regiment of the RA Ministry of Defense. On 12.10.2012 he violated the requirements of the Code of Relations of the military personnel, and used violence against the soldier Aghvan H. punching and kicking him in different parts of his body and caused short term damages.

 

Cognizance not to leave was set as a mean of restraint.

 

Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
