RA Prime Minister Spokeswoman Mane Gevorgyan issued a statement, which reads:

“In support of the government and the Prime Minister, we call on those who want to hold a rally in Yerevan to refrain from organizing any rally.

We thank the volunteers who returned to Armenia from the front lines and expressed their support for the Prime Minister and the Government, but due to the martial law and the coronavirus, we do not encourage such rallies and urge not to take such a step.

We assure that, as the Prime Minister noted, presenting the “road map” of the coming months, we must focus our efforts exclusively on the stability of the country, overcoming the current situation and the implementation of programs in that direction.”
