There were no different documents, there were proposals in the same logic, according to which territories had to be handed over. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this today, on 16 November, during a press conference.

“There was the same logic of the cessation of the war, as before the start of the war that those territories should be handed over to Azerbaijan, including Shushi, without any status. And it was like that before the war. I want us all to record it very clearly. This has been the case since 2016 and April war of 2016 was the last bell of this story and this time it would not have been possible to stop the war with a verbal statement or commitment,” Pashinyan said.
