US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that he was disappointed with the violation of the ceasefire agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh. Reuters reported.
“It simply came to our notice then. This is what happens when we have countries that have had disagreements for a long time. “[The ceasefire] will be restored,” he said.
On October 25, Azerbaijan and Armenia agreed on a US-mediated humanitarian ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh, which was due to take effect on 26 October, following the escalation of the conflict.
