Turkish F-16 planes were identified at the Gabala air base in Azerbaijan

Turkish F-16 multifunctional planes have been identified at the Gabala air base in Azerbaijan. This was by the Facebook page of the Armenian National Committee of America reported.

“Additional Turkish/NATO F-16s identified at Gabala airbase in Azerbaijan,” the statement said.

Military expert Leonid Nersisyan said on his social network page that the F-16 planes were discovered by the American satellite service Maxar Technologies at the Gabala air base.

“Six planes were there about a week ago,” Nersisyan wrote.

It should be reminded that the RA Ministry of Defense reported that on 29 September, an Armenian SU-25 plane was shot down by a Turkish F-16 plane in the airspace of the Republic of Armenia. The pilot died heroically.

Since 27 September, Azerbaijan, with the support of Turkey, has unleashed a war against Artsakh, using its entire arsenal, targeting even the civilian population in both Artsakh and Armenia. There is confirmed information that mercenaries brought from Syria through Turkey are part of the Azerbaijani armed forces fighting against Armenians.
