The Council of Europe should adopt a resolution to force the parties to a ceasefire, but measures should also be taken with regard to Turkey as well, because the whole strategy of Turkey is the reason for the situation today. The statement came from the former French President François Hollande made the statement about the war unleashed by Azerbaijan.
