“France is extremely concerned about the bellicose statements made by Turkey in recent hours, which loosen the shackles of Azerbaijan in its aspirations to reconquer Nagorno Karabakh. We will not allow this.

I clearly address my words to Armenia և Armenians again. France will remain faithful to its role, we will be vigilant in respecting families, people, and sovereignty. We will not tolerate any message of aggravation.
