“We have too much confidence in the personal responsibility of our dear compatriots. Our whole strategy in this whole period has been to present the seriousness of the situation to the people. Follow these 3 rules ․

• Wear a mask
• Do not associate with people without wearing a mask or social distance.

We do not imagine solving the problems outside the scope of public cooperation. We have become a government, I have become prime minister within that framework. In the past, we ourselves have carried out a non-violent, velvet people’s revolution by changing our individual behavior. My call and request to you is that everyone, with their individual responsibility and control over their individual behavior, help us to carry out the “coronavirus revolution”. This is my main message: we are going to tighten some administrative levers. I urge you to follow these rules on non-working days, “he said.

Pashinyan added that citizens who have a problem buying a mask can make a mask at home.
