The Ministry of Health informs that as of 11:00 on 22 May, a total of 5928 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which:

• 2874, healed,
• 74with death,
• 2952 patients are currently receiving actual treatment.
• The death toll, for other reasons, is 28(when patients were diagnosed with a coronavirus infection but died of another disease).

In total, 47654 tests were performed.

Thus, we have 322 new cases of coronavirus disease and 293 recovered. 1832 tests were performed.

According to the ministry, the patients who died were 52  years old (male), 81 years old (male), 61 years old (male), and 82 years old (male) and had concomitant chronic diseases.

Notably, as of 11:00 on 20 May, the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Armenia was 5606, of which 2581 recovered, 2928  were actually receiving treatment, the negative tests were 45822, and 70, deaths, for other reason – 27.
