The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, postponed today, 19 May, the regular session on the case of the alleged overthrow of the constitutional order.
The judge informed that a certificate was received from “Izmirlian” MC that the second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan is in inpatient treatment and cannot attend today’s sitting. Notably, a few days ago Kocharyan had passed a surgery.
Taking into account that the sitting could not be continued in his absence, today’s sitting was postponed. The next sitting will be held on May 26, at 13:00.
