The Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts is considering the criminal case brought against Eduard S.

The accused having with the intent of appropriation of somebody’s property rights, committed swindling, by abusing the confidence of his childhood friend Hovhannes A., bought a computer on loan by his passport and took it, causing his friend pecuniary damage in large amount of 204 000 AMD.

The recognizance not to leave is selected as a measure of restraint.

Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
