The Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan is considering the criminal case brought against Vazgen Markosyan. On 18 August 2012, at 02:00 a.m. the accused went to the Gold Market “World of Gold” (M. Khorenaci Street 24) with his friends V. Sirekanyan, A. Sirekanyan, L. Balagyozyan and R. Srapyan, entered into controversy with the security guardians T. Sirekanyan, R. Hovsepyan and D. Margaryan for clarification of disputable questions arisen in connection with personal relations. During the fight he hit R. Hovsepyan with the broken glass and willfully inflicted him bodily damage which is dangerous for life.

Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
