Iravaban.net continues to publish property and income declarations of the heads of the Yerevan administrative districts․
Mr. Razmik Mkrtchyan, the Head of Shengavit administrative district assumed office on 20 October, 2018.
As of the date of assuming office, the head of the community declared two flats.
Razmik Mkrtchyan mentioned only the cash in his declaration for 2018, which at the end of the fiscal year totaled to 500 thousand AMD.
According to his wife Varduhi Mkrtchyan’s annual statement for 2018, her funds totaled to 800,000 AMD. There is nothing mentioned in the annual statement of Razmik Mkrtchyan’s daughter, Arevik Mkrtchyan.
Mr. Vaghinak Mkrtchyan, the Head of Nork-Marash administrative district assumed office in December. As of the date of assuming the office, he declared 1,000,000 AMD and $ 25,000.
The revenues amounted to 1,910,440 AMD, which was received from wages.
According to the annual declaration for 2017, his money remained unchanged, and his income at the end of the year totaled to 3,304,000 AMD, which was received from the salary.
According to the 2018 annual declaration, Vaghinak Mkrtchyan’s funds have increased by 50,000 AMD. The income amounted to 3.608.555 AMD received from wages.ա
According to his wife Anahit Hakobyan’s annual declaration, her funds amounted to 400,000 AMD and 5,000 EUROs. Revenues amounted to 1.095,000 AMD received from wages. In 2018, her funds remained unchanged, and the income was 1,115,100 AMD, which was again received from the salary.
The declarations have not provided any information about Vaghinak Mkrtchyan’s son and daughter, Gevorg and Maria Mkrtchyan.
Mr. Victor Mnatsakanyan, the head of Kentron administrative district, assumed office on 22 October, 2018.
When assuming the office, he declared:
- 2 individual dwelling houses, built on land plot , with its economic buildings,
- An apartment,
- other real estate located on the ground;
- Volvo XC90 T5 2.0T car.
During his tenure Victor Mnatsakanyan announced 3 shares, 45,000 AMD, 6300 AMD, and 100,000 AMD.
The borrowings were 2,000,000 AMD as of the day of assuming the office.
Victor Mnatsakanyan also announced a collection of watches with the value exceeding 8 million AMD.
His funds amounted to $ 950,000 and 112,000,000 AMD .
Revenues amounted to 713,906 AMD and received from three sources: salaries.
His wife, Zaruhi Karapetyan’s funds totaled to 8,000,000 AMD and $ 45,000. The incomes was 515,561 AMD, which was received from wages.
Nothing was mentioned in the declarations about Viktor Mnatsakanyan’s daughters, Karina and Aria Mnatsakanyan.
