Today, at the government session, before passing to the agenda issues, the Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan gave instructions. One of the instructions was directed to the SRC Chairman. It particularly referred to the period of reimbursement of VAT in the field of winemaking and viticulture export, which according to the acting legal regulations is 90 days.
The Prime Minister instructed the SRC Chairman to study and present to the government staff a proposal in two-day period, which will be on defining and organizing the VAT reimbursement in shorter periods in case of export.
He instructed also the Minister of Agriculture: to present the list of all exporters to the SRC.
