Today at the cabinet meeting, the Minister of Justice Davit Harutyunyan will present to the Executive the draft of decision on approval of the number of stuff and the staff list of Commission on Ethics of the High-Ranking Officials. There is mentioned that:
“Pursuant to article 38.1, part 2 of the RA Law on Public Service, the RA Government decides:
- To approve the number of stuff and the staff list of the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials according to the appendix.:
- To propose the Stuff of the RA President to exercise the functions of documents of general circulation, organization of procurements, management of the stuff and affairs for the purpose of realization of the authorities reserved for the RA Commission of High-Ranking Official.”
According to the draft appendix the staff list will be as follows:
