Aleksander Azaryan, the judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shengavit Administrative Districts of Yerevan city ruled a sentence of acquittal in the case of Armenuhi Baghdasaryan.
Armenuhi had learned that her sister’s son Vasil Manukyan’s flat which belonged to the latter on ownership right was confiscated for failure to meet his obligations under the loan agreement. The flat was provided to “The First Mortgage Company” UCO LLC. Armenuhi was charged with the fact that on 20 August 2015, she brock the lock on the door of the former flat of her nephew and against the will of the director of “The First Mortgage Company” UCO LLC Davit Atanesyan entered the flat and lived there thus infringing the inviolability of the apartment that belonged to the Company.

Judge Aleksander Azaryan decided to acquit the defendant and recognized innocent.
