The RA Ministry of Finance uses Mobile Services of “Orange Armenia”

Last year, on 29 December, the RA Ministry of Finance signed an agreement with “Orange Armenia” Company. The deadline of the agreement was on 22 December, 2016. And 15 million AMD or more than 31 thousand USD was paid for services.
