The Chief of Staff-Secretary General of the Armenian National Assembly, the member of the Specialized Commission on Constitutional Reforms Hrayr Tovmasyan on July 21 introduced to the representatives of the NA Staff the necessity of the CC changes, the problems of the acting system. He reverted to the change of the governing type; spoke about the turning into the model of parliamentary ruling system.
