Serzh Sargsyan signed a new Decree

Today, the RA president Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on dismissal of Hovhannes Manukyan. The Decree reads:

“Governed by the Article 55 Part 4 of the Republic of Armenia Constitution I decide to remove Hovhannes Manukyan from the position of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.”
