Hours earlier, Davit Sanasaryan, one of the coordinators of “No to Plunder!” civil initiative (Mmeber of Heritage Party and member of Yerevan Council of Elders) was taken to Arabkir Police Department of Yerevan. Here his health condition was worsened and he was taken to “St. Grigor Lusavoritch” Medical Center. Political analyst Styopa Safaryan told thi to Iravaban.net.
At this moment he is in the hospital; with Davit’s parents and said that although there were signs of violence on the body of David, but no serious problems were found. It is due to mention that there was information that Davit had a concussion. Mr. Safaryan also said that most probably the force used by the police worsened davit’s health condition.
“According to the information provided by the people who were taken to the police department in the same police car, force was applied toward all who were there,”- he said. In reply to our question whether davit will be able to participate in today’s rally Mr. Safaryan said that it would be clear in the upcoming hours.
