Protest actions against the electricity process hike are going on. The protestors that have gathered in Baghramyan Avenue demand reviewing and decreasing the tariffs. The demonstrators request conducting audit by an independent and reputable company in the Armenian Electric Networks.
In the interview with Iravaban.net they indicated that the hike of electricity price is not reasoned and there are suspicions corruption occurrences had taken place.
Only after the audit the suspicions of the public would be dispelled. In case if criminally punishable actions are revealed the next step shall be instituting criminal casa sander the RA Criminal Code and calling to liability the culprits. Details in the video.
