By the order of the Chairman of RA Investigative Committee dated 05.05.15 the authorities of the Head of Malatia-Sebastia Investigative Division have been suspended. Iravaban.nett learned this from the Official Website of the RA Investigative Committee
In the framework of the criminal case investigated in RA Special Investigatory Service initiated on abuse of official authority by officials the Head of the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district was arrested on suspicion of abusing official authority while he was a deputy head of Central Investigative Division of General Investigative Department of RA Police.
In accordance with the Point 1 of the Article 32 of RA Law “On the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia” the authorities of the investigator have been suspended by the Chairman of RA Investigative Committee until an appropriate final decision is made in the framework of the certain criminal case.
By the order of the Chairman of RA Investigative Committee Robert Darbinyan was appointed an acting head of the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department.
Earlier, Iravaban.net was informed by the Special Investigation Service that today the Head of the Investigation Department of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District has been arrested.
