27 years-old A.Gh. is charged with entering into apartment and robbing golden jewelry. According to the accusation with an intention of secret theft of another’s property, on 27 May, at 18.40 he had illegally entered the rented apartment of R.Kh. through the open window and robbed the jewelry belonging to the latter from the pocket of the jacket in the wardrobe of the room, causing the woman property damage of large size worth of 700.000AMD.
Arrest was chosen as a restraint for the accused.
The case has been considered in Avan and Nor Nork Court of General Jurisdiction chaired by the judge Davit Harutyunyan. Today’s session was postponed because two of the witnesses did not have any identification document with them. The victim was not present in court either.
The accused was nervous because of the continuous adjournments of the judicial sittings. That is why he shouted at his mother when she encouraged him to express his discontent.
First, the court imposed a sanction against the mother ordering her to leave the room. Then told the accused not to speak to anyone in similar tone, advising him to raise the problems of motions in the next trial.
