The Session of the RA Council of Justice was held on 13 April 2015. The session discussed the solicitation of the Committee on Ethics and Disciplinary issues of the General Meeting of the RA Judges on calling 4 judges to disciplinary responsibility. Led by the provisions of Article 95 Point 5 of the RA Constitution, Article 157, Part 1 Point 1 and Article 162, Part 2 of the RA Judicial Code the Council of Justice decided to:
1. issue a warning to Gurgen Gagilyan, Judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Lori Marz of the RA,
2. issue a warning to Suren Baghdasaryan, Judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Lori Marz of the RA,
3. issue a warning to Vahagn Melikyan, Judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Gegharkunik Marz of the RA,
4. dismiss the case on issuing a warning to Levon Arazyan, Judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Ararat and Vayots Dzor Marz of the RA, and to limit by discussion.
