The Armenian delegation met with the Branko Hrvatin, President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia. The parties discussed the current problems of the judiciary of both countries. Specifically, they referred to the overload of the courts as well as a number of problemsrelated with the authorities of the Supreme Court instances.
The Armenian delegation also met with the Chairman and the members of Croatian National Council of Justice; the Chairmen of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Economic Court of the Councils; representatives of the Croatian Ministry of Justice. Our delegation participated in the discussion of experts’ opinion on “The Code of Ethics of the RA Judges, Ethics and Disciplinary Matters of the general Meeting of the RA Judges, and the Regulations on Evaluation Committee of Judges,” prepared by the EU experts Duro Sessa and Gerhard Reisner.
