The names of the persons that had given false messages about the explosive device located in YSU to the 1-02 police service from different cardphones of Yerevan on March 19-20 were revealed as a result of the measures undertaken by the RA National Security Service.
It turned out that the author of the false alarm was Aram Hayryan, student of Yerevan State University, presented to removal for insufficient progress, a citizen of Yerevan, having the aim to solve private problems. On 20 March, the latter asked the citizen of Artik, student of Armenian State Pedagogical University Susanna Mnacakanyan to give two false messages about the terrorist act.
The criminal case initiated on the facts of giving false reports about a terror is conducted by the RA Investigative Committee. Aram Hayryan has been arrested, while cognizance not to leave was applied as measure of restraint for Susanna Mnacakanyan.
