On 11 March at 19:00, previously convicted Arthur A., turned himself to Ashtarak Police Department and informed that on the same day at 18:30, he had put his “IZH 54” smoothbore gun which was charged, between the seats of the driver and passenger in the “VAZ-2107” car which his uncle’s grandson Arkadi was driving. They were driving in the fields of Bazmaberd village and suddenly, during the turn of the car the gun shot accidentally causing gunshot injuries in the head of the passenger Misha Hamabardzumyan, born in 1979. The latter died in place.
Forensic and ballistic examinations have been set. Circumstances are being clarified.
Investigation is in process.
