On 2 March RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on granting diplomatic ranks. The decree reads:
“Governed by Article 55, Point 16 of the RA Constitution and Article 20, Part 1 of the RA Law on Diplomatic Service”, I decide:
To grant the degree of the RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary; and the degree of the RA Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to a number of the RA Diplomatic employees: The complete list in Armenian language is available here.
