President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Davit Virabyan as the Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Armenia to CSTO, the official website of the RA President informs. The decree reads:
“Governed by Article 55, Point 5 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia I decide:
To appoint Davit Virabyan as the Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) with the seat in Moscow.”
