On Tuesday February 17 at 4:30 p.m. Turkish citizen Aktay H., DOB 1966, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Bagratashen division of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted by Turkish law enforcement bodies charged for prostitution and pandering since 16 February, 2015.
