According to Point 3 of Article 128 of the RA Code on Administrative Violations driving the car without a driving license and/or other documents shall give rise to imposing the fine in the amount of three fold of the minimal salary – 3000 AMD.
The former fine for this administrative offense was in the amount of fivefold of the minimal salary – 5000 AMD.
A person is considered without a driver’s license if he or she has a right to drive vehicles, but misses the driving license during driving a vehicle.
Other documents shall be understood as the vehicle registration documents, customs documents, medical certificate in cases mentioned in the driver’s license etc., which do not include authorization and waybill.
