On 4 and 5 February, the Chairman of the RA Cassation Court Arman Mkrtumyan introduced to the Chairman and judges of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Aragatsotn marz the newly appointed judge of the same court Sergey Marabyan; to the Chairman and judges of the Court of the First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Gegharkunik marz the newly appointed judge of the same court Mnataskan Harutyunyan; to the Chairman and judges of the Court of the First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Lori marz the newly appointed judges of the same court Lusine Abgaryan and Gnel Zakaryan; to the Chairman and judges of the Court of the First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Shirak marz the newly appointed judge of the same court Vardan Grigoryan; to the Chairman and judges of the Court of the First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Tavush marz the newly appointed judge of the same court Lilit Sargsyan; the RA Judicial Department informs.
The above mentioned judges were appointed to the posts of the Judges of respective courts according to the 24 December 2014 Decree NH-655-A of the RA President.
The Chairman of the RA Cassation Court congratulated the newly appointed judges, highly appreciated their knowledge and education, and expressed the hope that they will show a responsible approach to their mission.
The Chairman of the RA Cassation Court congratulated Ashot Khachikyan, the judge of the Court of Genral Jurisdiction of Tavush marz on the occasion of his 60th birth anniversary and thanked him for a long years work and his input in the judicial system of the RA. Ashot Khachikyan was handed a diploma of the Council of Courts’ Chairmen and a souvenir clock.
At the end of the ceremony a working meeting was held, during which a number of issues of the judicial system were discussed.
