The RA President signed a new Decree, which reappointed Pavel Ghaltakhchian in the position of Deputy Chairman of the State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition. The decree reads:
“Guided by the provisions of Paragraph 5 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution and based on Article 20 Point 2 and Article 21 Part 3 of the RA Law on Protection of Economic Competition, I decide:
To appoint Pavel Ghaltakhchian in the position of Deputy Chairman of the State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition.”
Pavel Ghaltakhchyan occupies this position since 2001.
