The Court trial of Valeri Permyakov, the soldier of 102nd Military Base of the Russian Federation, who is charged with the 12 January murder of 7 family members in Gyumri, will be tried in the court of the Military base, reports “Interfax” News Agency.
According to the source the decision was based on the provisions of the bilateral agreement on the military base. The source also informs that the parties base the accusation according to the Russian law. It is noted that the court at the same time will observe the charge on desertion brought by the Russian investigators. According to the agency, the evidences collected by the Armenian investigators will be provided to the Russian side to attach to the materials of the case.
