How will the salary of the Hired Worker be calculated in Case of Temporary Disability and Maternity Benefits?

The “RA Law on Temporary Disability Benefits” was renamed to “RA Law on Temporary Disability and Maternity Benefits,” as a result of legislative changes that entered into force on 1 January 2015.

Under the mentioned law the order of calculation of the monthly salary of the hired employees has also been changed.
