The draft decision of exemption from the compulsory military service of Musa Dulgat Murtazaliyev is included in the schedule of the 30 January session of the RA Government. According to the draft:
“Based on the provisions of Article 12, Paragraph 1 (g) of the RA Law on Military Service, the Government of the RA decides to exempt Musa Dulgat Murtazaliyev (born on 26 May, 1988, resident of Yerevan City) from the Compulsory Military Service.”
The draft decision to exempt Musa Dulgat Murtazaliyev from the Compulsory Military Service is due to the fact that Musa Dulgat Murtazaliyev was provided the RA citizenship by the Order of the RA President NH 3A of 18 January 2010. Musa Dulgat Murtazaliyev is member of the freestyle wrestling national team, and represents our country in the category of 74 kilograms in the European Championships in 2011 – 2104 and won second and third prizes, as well as is a winner of international tournaments.
Currently he is preparing to participate to participate in the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, as well as the 2015 European and World Championships in the composition of the RA national team.
