– As a result of 5 preliminary examinations, disciplinary proceedings were initiated:
The Disciplinary Committee proved the facts of infringements by the investigator and on the order of the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee 5 investigators were subjected to disciplinary responsibility: Authorities of 1 employee were terminated; “reprimand” was applied to 1 employee, “warning” was applied to 3 employees.
– In 8 cases no grounds for disciplinary proceedings were found,
– In one case the preliminary examination was stopped on the ground of termination of the employee’s powers.
– 12 proceedings were transferred to 2015.
The Disciplinary Committee of the RA Investigation Committee started to operate in November 2014. The composition of the committee was approved by the Order 13A of 17 November 2014 of the Chairman of the Investigative committee of the RA.
