Today, on 21 January, indictment was brought against Valeri Permyakov. Sona Truzayan, assiatant to the Head of the RA Investigative Committee provided this information. She also said that the Investigator’s group of the Investigation Committee is currently at the 102nd Military Base of the RF where Permyakov who is charged for the murder of 7 family members in Gyumri is being questioned.
